Our Process

From Enquiry to Completion

A structured, transparent process from your initial roofing enquiry through to completed works. Every stage is designed to ensure that requirements, site conditions, and scope are clearly understood before works commence.

The Process

How Your Enquiry Is Handled

Seven clear stages from enquiry to completion — designed to ensure the right information is gathered, scope is properly confirmed, and works are delivered with minimal disruption.

01

Submit an Enquiry

Contact us with details about your property, the roofing requirement or issue, and any relevant access information. The more detail provided at this stage, the more efficiently we can review your enquiry.

Use our contact form to provide details including the property address, property type, service required, and a summary of the roofing issue or works required. Urgency can be indicated at the time of enquiry.

02

Initial Discussion

We will follow up to discuss your requirements in more detail, understand the property type and its operational requirements, and clarify any questions before proceeding to the next stage.

This discussion allows us to understand the context of the enquiry, confirm that we can support the requirement, and determine the most appropriate next steps — whether that is an inspection, a site visit, or a more detailed information-gathering exercise.

03

Site Review & Information Gathering

Where applicable, a site review or information-gathering stage allows us to understand roof conditions, access arrangements, and the full scope of the works required.

For repair, replacement, or complex maintenance enquiries, a site visit and inspection is generally required before scope and costs can be confirmed. The specific requirements for this stage are confirmed during the initial discussion.

04

Scope & Recommendations

Based on inspection findings and project details, we provide clear recommendations along with a defined scope of the proposed works.

Scope includes the proposed approach, materials, access requirements, and any relevant considerations around the property, building use, or occupancy. Costs and terms are confirmed at this stage. No works proceed without scope being agreed.

05

Project Planning

Works are planned with consideration for site conditions, access requirements, materials, and the operational needs of the property and its occupants.

Detailed project planning covers programme, sequencing, access management, and coordination with any other building works or operational activities. Planning is designed to minimise disruption and ensure works can be carried out safely and effectively.

06

Works Scheduling

A works schedule is agreed that is structured to minimise disruption to the property and those operating within it.

Scheduling accounts for access windows, weather dependencies, scaffold or plant requirements, and any specific operational constraints of the building. Clients are kept informed of the programme and any changes arising.

07

Completion & Follow-Up Communication

On completion of works, we communicate the outcome clearly and remain available for any follow-up questions or further roofing requirements.

Completion communication includes a summary of works carried out and any relevant observations or recommendations arising. We remain available to answer questions and to support any further roofing requirements the property may have.

Our Principles

What You Can Expect Throughout the Process

No Assumptions

Scope, costs, and recommendations are based on actual inspection findings and site conditions — never assumptions or estimates made without reviewing the property.

Clear Communication

We communicate clearly at each stage. You will be informed of progress, timescales, and any issues arising throughout the enquiry and project process.

Agreed Before Proceeding

Works do not commence until scope and terms are agreed. You will not be committed to works you have not approved.

Disruption Awareness

Project planning actively accounts for building occupancy, operational requirements, and access arrangements to minimise disruption.
